A different style: Madeleine Berkhemer

Berkhemer is a sculptor whose work can be defined by the heterogeneity of its materials and styles. She develops her own form of sculpture, no matter if she is drawing, posing or working with soft or hard materials. She is interested in boundaries like a formal sense in terms of the body and space, the sense of content, the connection with zones of taboo and critical analyses of the market and society. She is trying to cross these boundaries.
